About the Project
The Great Pee Dee Mitigation Bank (“GPDMB”) is a 1,100-acre stream and wetland mitigation bank located in Dillon and Marion Counties, South Carolina. The resources on site, historically impaired by timber harvesting, are being restored and preserved in their natural state, generating mitigation credits to offset unavoidable environmental impacts in the Pee Dee region.
